Lead Carpenter

Michael Witkowski joined BCL Homes in 2023 as our lead carpenter. Although only officially since 2023, Mike has played an important role in ensuring the build quality is up to our standards from the very first BCL Home in 2017. Moving to Surf City in the late 90’s from up-state NY, he enjoyed a successful career as a framing sub-contractor. Mikes framing ability, problem-solving skills and four decades of knowledge in the building industry are what distinguish him from the crowd. Mike is a proud husband with eight children, five grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, helping out with the boy scouts, and is active in his church.
